Sreenarayanaguru Open University (SGOU) and COL-CEMCA are jointly organising a Round Table Conference of the Vice Chancellors of the Public Open Universities (OUs) in India, along with the participation of selected Vice Chancellors from the Commonwealth countries in the Asian Region at Mascot Hotel, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
