The Community Radio Awareness Workshop aims to increase awareness about setting up Community Radio Stations (CRS). In collaboration with the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, Commonwealth Educational Media Centre for Asia (COL-CEMCA) with partner Community Radio Stations, organise workshops to raise awareness about community radio’s role in community engagement and development, demystifies policies, and encourages eligible organisations to apply for licenses, setting the stage for increased collaboration and community impact.
