Entrepreneurship and innovation career opportunity on Blockchain and IoT

One day webinar on awareness of Entrepreneurship and innovation career opportunity on Blockchain and IoT was organized by CEMCA in association with CIT Tumkur (Karnataka) on 24 th Nov 2020. Seminar was attended by 194 participants from CIT Tumkur.

Prof. Suresh D S Director CIT, Tumkur, in his Presidential address, emphasised the importance of emerging technologies like IoT and Blockchain in today’s IT industry. He also said that lot of job opportunities are coming in these areas and students should learn these technologies in addition to academic courses

Prof. Madhu Parhar, Director, CEMCA highlighted the need for IoT and blockchain training in the context of open universities and how important is for students to be updated as per industry requirements.

Mr. Jeevan Saini, Keynote speaker for this webinar in 90 minutes of his session explained the importance of these technologies in our day to day life. He gave many real time examples of IoT devices and blockchain technologies, we using daily without being aware of underlying technologies. He explained the basic overview of IoT and blockchain and entrepreneurship opportunities available in this field.

In continuation of this awareness program, CEMCA will also be organizing 7 days’ workshop on blockchain and IoT in Dec 2020 with same target audience. In this workshop students will get hands-on writing codes and working on blockchain lab cloud
